April Smith has served as the Administrative Assistant to the Pastor as well as the Church Secretary since January 2000.  April acts as support to all the ministries of First Assembly and assists them in their areas of ministry.  In addition to her duties she also serves as the Church Treasurer since May 2007.   She is the wife of Preston Smith and they have two sons, one daughter and five grandchildren.   Email

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Pastor Rob and Diana have served together in full time ministry for the past 36 years. Early in their ministry they were team pastors in one of the fastest growing churches in America. Since that time, they have personally planted and pastored two growing churches and have worked with the General Council of the Assemblies of God in training and planting numerous other churches.  Their passion is for God and His church. Their strategy is simple; build the church by building people!The Spradley’s have 4 grown children and 9 grandchildren.  All of their children love God, and the three oldest are in full time pastoral ministry.            LEAD PASTOR

Jesse and Heather have been in full time ministry for years, having been involved with kids, youth, couples and missions ministry  Most recently, they served as worship pastors at a large church in Denver, Colorado.  As Next Generation Pastors, here at MFA, they will help oversee and resource our vision for the next generation with leadership and leadership development in all areas from birth to 20 somethings!Jesse and Heather have 4 living children, and one in heaven.    Email

NEXT GENERATION PASTORS

Jason & Nikki have been leading worship for 12 years. Their ministry has led them to several churches in the Lake Norman area. Not only have they led worship but have served as Youth Pastors and Associate Pastors at area churches. They are passionate about leading God’s people into His very presence. Their vision is to produce worship that is engaging, authentic and contagious.The Tate’s have been married 14 years and have three beautiful children; Autumn, Michael & Caleb.       Email

Dave and Jennifer have been in full time ministry for 18 years.  They have been involved in many ministries including children, youth, music and recently served as associate pastors in a church plant in Raleigh, NC.Dave is currently serving as our Connections Pastor where he will oversee volunteers, first impressions, assist in ministry development and on the teaching team.     Email
